Gangtok: 29th Nov: ‘Orchid Music Festival – Celebrating 50 years of Sikkim’s Statehood on 13th December,will take place here,announced Sonam Gyaltsen Tenzing today.The programme at Paljor Stadium will be made a Calendar event,to be held yearly.Neetesh Jung Kunwar Singer from Nepal,Sonam Wangchen Dinger from Bhutan will be there. Besides that,British pop icon Blue,K-pop powerhouse Everglow with Sikkim’s fusion band Sofiyum will be red entertaining tbe audience.
Karma Tsewang Topden ,also on the organiser’s team, said ‘ All are urged to support as we want to make Sikkim a global concert hub.We are expecting 10 Thousand audience.CM has assured Help we are thankful to him’.
Nitin Chettri,informed that Tobacco,Cigarettes food stuff or anything else including ladies make up items,will not be allowed inside the Stadium.The gates will open at 1pm for audience to get seats and settle conveniently.Tickets are available from Rs 1000/- and above.Arrangments to keep artificial turf unspoilt have been made.
Organisers informed that tickets ate available in all tne Cafes across the State and Online too.
