EPFO Gangtok conducts Nidhi Aap Ki Nikat 2.0 at Temi Tea Estate
Gangtok, September 27, 2025:
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Gangtok conducted the Nidhi Aap Ki Nikat 2.0 outreach programme at Temi Tea Estate on Friday,in South Sikkim.
During the programme, the long-standing grievances of members were heard and appropriate solutions were provided on the spot, ensuring timely redressal and enhanced service delivery.
As part of the outreach, a workshop on the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PMVBRY) was also organised. The scheme, announced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, provides incentives to establishments for generating new employment and extending social security benefits to workers.
The management of Temi Tea Estate expressed keen interest in the initiative and has decided to register under the Yojana, thereby extending its benefits to its workforce.
EPFO Gangtok remains committed to bringing social security to the doorsteps of workers and employers across the state through such proactive programmes.
