Hon’ble Minister Ven Sonam Lama meets Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi
New Delhi: Hon’ble Minister Ven Sonam Lama called on Hon’ble Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at his official residence in New Delhi to discuss disaster-related challenges in the border settlements and ongoing mitigation works in North Sikkim. The Defence Minister lauded the efforts of Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang for the welfare of the people of Sikkim and appreciated the initiatives undertaken for the state’s progress. He also extended his blessings to Ven Sonam Lama for his dedicated service and assured support. On the occasion, Ven Sonam Lama extended a warm invitation to the Defence Minister to visit Sikkim.
