Gangtok,16th July: The monthly Customer Services Meet was hosted by Axis Bank of MG Marg,here today.Addressing the Customers Branch Manager Chewang Sherpa,highlighted the importance of nominee / or two nominees once an account is opened in the bank.In the meet conducted as per the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India .He said earlier people depended on Will but now you have the facility of declaring nominee for bank accounts.
Branch Manager,was pleased to inform that Axis Bank offers personal loans and Over Draft facility is also there Now a days money is credited to account within 2-3 minutes of depositing .All this is accessible through App .’
BM added further that in case of any grievances customers can bring those up here to be addressed.Or anything related to improvement of services in the bank.It may be treated like a common platform ,without hesitation.
