Gangtok,12th July : Chief Minister ,PS Tamang ,has paid rich tributes to Sanu Lama,great intellectual of State.In his condolences message CM has said, ‘We are deeply saddened by the sad demise of Padmashree Garud Singh Lama (Sanu Lama), a successful creator of Nepali literature world, skilled lyricist and patriotic great personality.’
‘Sanu Lamaju’s life dedicated to the promotion of Nepali language, literature and cultural consciousness has left a deep impression on all of us. His creative talent, lyrical beauty, and dedication to Nepali literature have raised Sikkim’s literary tradition nationally. His immortal work- ‘Jahan Bagchh Tista Rangit’ will always resonate in the heartbeat of all of us.’
