Gangtok,27th June :State Bank of India,organised a Blood donation camp,at MG Marg here today.The noble life giving programme was appreciable.
Regional Manager,Nitesh Kumar said, ‘ The Blood donation camp has been organised as a part of SBIs 70th Foundation day.The special day of our bank is always celebrated on 1st July ,conducting many different programmes and competitions.This year it was decided to do something social for the benefit of society.Hence in view of the huge demand for blood all over the Camp has been hosted’.
‘All our staff ,their families and friends have been donating since morning .Public is also coming ahead.The blood collected with the help of 2 Govt Doctors and 4 technicians will go to State Govt hospital ,Blood Bank.Hope it will save many lives!’
