Gangtok,5th Oct: Road from Siliguri to Gangtok,Darjeeling closed.Heavy rainfall leading to level of water in river already full of debris after last GLOF ,has been increasing.A bridge has been damaged 17 people killed.
Indian Army looking forward to restore the bridge.Tourists stranded in Darjeeling.
