RS 78 Crores to State from Martin Lotteries 2024-5 GST + Revenue
Gangtok,April: Jacob Khaling ,Spokesperson,SKM party,has reacted to allegations against the ruling party Govt for allowing Martin Future Gaming & Hotel Services Pvt Ltd to carry out Lottery business in Sikkim.
The Lottery tycoon Martin,has donated a cheque of Rs 2 Crores to CM PS Tamang recently.The money is being used for Sikkim Premier League.
‘With due clearance from Union Ministry of Home Affairs,Martin was permitted to take part in the tender process and was the highest bidder.He has been mandated to pay Rs 28 crores annually ( financial year) subsequent to assuring the same as Revenue.The Future Gaming & Hotel Services Pvt Ltd, popular in Sikkim as Martin Lotteries has paid Rs 50 crores in the form of GST+ 28 crores assured revenue totalling to Rs 78 Crores.Our next FY target is to get Rs 60 crores GST,’ added Khaling.
